Return Policy
We accept returns for items that fit the following categories: Misprinted product, damaged product (excluding damages during delivery), and product that does not match the order (e.g., wrong product, design, size, or color.) To return an item that fits one of the above categories, for a refund, credit, or replacement, please email us at info@sospeechy.com within 30 days of delivery. In the event that an item needs to be returned, the product must be free of odor (e.g. pet odor, smoke odor etc.). Please attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider if issues occur with your mail carrier or postal service. Shipping
Production and fulfillment of your merchandise typically takes about 2-7 business days before your order is shipped. Standard Shipping rates are as follows: 3-4 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, and 5-20 days internationally. Depending on product availability, some items may be shipped out separate from others.
